Kuwait City, An Asian group selling government rations was caught in the Gulf country of Kuwait. Hamid al-Dhafiri, the head of the capital's emergency team, expressed his concern over the illegal sale of large quantities of subsidized food items and stressed that such violations are punishable by law and that the Kuwaiti citizen ration card. Those who distribute or sell rations with the help of the Ministry of Commerce will have their card suspended and blocked.
