Zamzam water bottles will be provided to worshipers in Baitullah through containers, mobile bags, and smart carts. Chief of the General Presidency of the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques, Abdul Rahman Al-Sadis, released the pack at a ceremony attended by senior officials from the state agency in charge of the Grand Mosque in Makkah and the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah.

According to a Gulf News report, packs of Zamzam water are distributed by a Saudi department to worshipers in Baitullah. In an event, al-Sudis emphasized the importance of following health precautions while distributing water bottles. Apart from welcoming visitors, the robot also introduces the Holy Kaaba factory.

According to Saudi Arabia's official news agency, the 24-hour delivery of the robot is aimed at advancing the goals of the Saudi Vision 2030, which emphasizes the use of technology.
