Islamabad, Islamabad Police has lost the judicial file signed by Imran Khan. According to ARY News, the signature file of Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan's attendance in the Islamabad court on Saturday has disappeared. On behalf of Judicial Magistrate Zafar Iqbal, SP Samiullah was given a file and sent to Imran Khan to get his signature signed.
Later, the SP stated in the court that the documents regarding the presence of Imran Khan were lost from him during the shelling, on this the court ordered him to produce the documents within 10 minutes, however, the SP still denied the presence of Imran Khan. Could not present the documents. On this occasion, Khawaja Haris, the lawyer of the Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman, accused the file of disappearing.He said that this SP is lying to the court and that the court should record the statement of the SP. While the attendance sheet along with the case file was also revealed to be missing. In this regard, according to Express News, Imran Khan's lawyer Barrister Gohar said in court that the file has been signed by Imran Khan and it has been recorded in the video, I sat in the car and signed the order sheet, shilling. Imran Khan's non-bailable arrest warrant has been canceled by the court, while no indictment has been filed against him today. The Islamabad court also postponed the indictment proceedings against the Tehreek-e-Insaf chief. The next hearing of the Tosha Khana case will be held on March 30. In the hearing, arguments will be given regarding whether the case is admissible or not.
