Tosha Khana case, Imran Khan's non-bailable arrest warrant canceled

Islamabad, tosha Khana case, Imran Khan's arrest warrant has been canceled. According to ARY News, the Islamabad court granted relief to Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan after he came to the judicial complex for a court appearance on Saturday. Imran Khan's non-bailable arrest warrant has been canceled by the court, while no indictment has been filed against him today.
The Islamabad court also postponed the indictment proceedings against the Tehreek-e-Insaf chief. The next hearing of the Tosha Khana case will be held on March 30. In the hearing, arguments will be given regarding whether the case is admissible or not. Earlier, Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal allowed Imran Khan's presence in the car.

The judge remarked that Imran Khan's attendance signature should be taken in his car.

The judge inquired what should be done for other hearings if the attendance is put in the car. The court said that the hearing is not possible today, take Imran Khan's signature and send him somewhere. It should be noted that after the vehicle of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chief Imran Khan entered the judicial complex, stones were pelted by the PTI workers while the police charged the workers with sticks.
Senior leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Shibli Faraz, Murad Saeed, and Farrukh Habib were also lathi-charged by the police. According to the sources, Shibli Faraz was hit on the head. Clouds of smoke billowed outside the judicial complex from Shilling, and PTI workers also stormed a bomb squad vehicle.
According to IG Islamabad Akbar Nasir Khan, Imran Khan's convoy was near the judicial complex when activists pelted stones. The police are unarmed and no violence is being done, they set fire to one of our posts. On the other hand, due to the fear of arrest of Chairman PTI Imran Khan, an application was filed in the Islamabad High Court. In the petition, it was requested that any institution including NAB should be stopped from arrest.
