The United Arab Emirates has issued guidelines for specific jobs for private companies. The ministry says to provide the necessary means of protection against occupational injuries and diseases at work, ensure the provision of guidance and awareness regulations, provide adequate training to workers to avoid such hazards and that Conduct periodic reviews to ensure that all parties to the work are complying with, and meet, occupational health and safety requirements.

Companies are also directed to take necessary steps to ensure that the worker is aware of his rights and responsibilities at work, bear medical care expenses for the worker in accordance with the laws in force in the country, Bear the costs of insurance, subscriptions and guarantees that are defined by the legislation in force, do not allow the worker to work for others except in accordance with the provisions of the labor law.

The authorities have asked companies to give a free experience certificate to the worker upon request at the end of the employment contract, which includes the date of joining the work, the date of its termination, the total period of service, job title or Details of the work he was doing, performance, final wages and the reason for termination of the employment contract should also be mentioned provided the certificate does not contain anything that would harm the reputation of the worker or his employment. Opportunities are few.

The Ministry of Human Resources and the Emirates asks companies to bear the costs of repatriation of the worker to the place of recruitment or to another place, unless he has joined the service of another employer or the worker has reason to terminate the contract. by, in which case the latter shall be liable to bear such expenses, provide a safe and proper working environment.
