ISLAMABAD (Journalist) Secretary General of Pakistan People's Party Nayar Hussain Bukhari proposed to reduce the protocol of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Judges of High Courts, Chief of Army Staff, and Heads of Defense Institutions. To provide relief to the large population of the country, the elite should set an example of sacrifice by bearing additional burdens. The former chairman of the Senate also suggested a 50% cut in the amount of electricity and petrol given to the Prime Minister of Pakistan, the chief ministers of the four provinces, governors, and federal and provincial ministers. In one of his statements, the senior leader of the People's Party, Nayar Bukhari, said that the elite should set an example of sacrifice by bearing additional burdens to provide relief to the large population of the country. He said that the People's Party believes in maximum public relief to reduce public problems. Electricity rates should not be increased for the middle and poor classes who consume up to 300 units of electricity. he said the Use of air conditioning in government offices should be minimized. The Prime Minister, Chief Ministers, Governors, Federal, and Provincial Ministers should reduce the consumption of electricity and petrol by 50%.
