According to CCTV footage from the crime scene, Daredevil used a ladder to reach the roof after reaching the 49th floor. Later attempts were made to locate him but no trace of him could be found.

However, after some time, he was seen alive outside the penthouse on the roof of the building when he was appealing for help from the maid in the penthouse due to lack of balance, but the maid got scared seeing him and called for help. Called the police.

However, Remy Lucidi lost his balance and fell down before the police arrived and died on the spot.
