KARACHI: The main procession of Ashura Day was taken out from Nishtar Park

Like every year, the procession will pass through the designated routes and end at Hussainiya Iraniyan Imambargah, Kharadar.

Strict security arrangements have been made on all the routes of the procession while water fountains have also been arranged on the routes.

Before the procession took place at 7:30 this morning in Nishtar Park, the main assembly of Ashura Day was held, which was addressed by Allama Syed Shahshah Naqvi and after its conclusion, the procession took place.
